What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable keyboards?
Hot-swappable keyboards allow you to change your mechanical switches without soldering. You can simply use a switch puller to pop out the existing switches and plug in new ones to customize your typing feel.
Do Keychron keyboards support both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility in mind. They feature a dedicated toggle switch to swap between macOS and Windows layouts, and we include extra keycaps for both systems in every box.
How long does international shipping take and are there customs fees?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or VAT that may apply upon arrival in your specific country.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in original condition. Due to the nature of the product, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Can I use Keychron keyboards in both wired and wireless modes?
Most of our models feature Broadcom Bluetooth for wireless connectivity with up to three devices, as well as a USB Type-C wired mode for a stable, low-latency connection during gaming or professional work.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by DIY modifications, such as improper soldering or liquid spills.
