We offer a 7-day return policy for all Keychron products provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that certain items, such as customized keyboards or final sale accessories, may be subject to specific return limitations.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item's current condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original box with all accessories and cables included, then ship it using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
